My lift stands are stuck in the "down" position. What should I do?Updated 19 days ago

If the stands lose power they may need to be re-initialized. Follow this procedure to re-initialize them:

1. Disconnect power, wait a few seconds, then reconnect power.
2. Press and hold the down arrow on the controls to drive the columns all the way to the lowest position.
3. Continue to hold the down button for 3 seconds once they reach the lowest position and stop, they will then extend back up a slight amount. 
4. Now they should function as normal!
