My lift stands are stuck in the "down" position. What should I do?Updated 5 months ago

The columns likely need to be re-initialized. Follow the below the procedure to re-initialize them:

1. Disconnect power, wait a few seconds, then reconnect power.
2. Press and hold the down arrow to drive the columns all the way to the lowest position.
3. Continue to hold the down button for 3 seconds once they reach the lowest position and stop

At that point the columns will do a very slight self adjustment but should be operable in both directions again. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you continue to experience any issues.
